Marilyn Lee Littleton, 82, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at WVU Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, West Virginia. She was born on September 5, 1943 in Barnesville, Ohio to the late Paul Allen And Lena (McCoy) Gregg.

Marilyn was a retired from Wheeling Hospital where she worked as an LPN for 26 years. She was a former member of the Shady Lane Baptist Church, a member of Anchor Baptist Church, and a member of the Barnesvile Senior Citizens Center. Marilyn enjoyed crafting.

In addition to her parents, Marilyn was preceded in death by her brother, David Paul Gregg.

Marilyn is survived by her daughter, Wendy Posey; grandsons, Casey (LoveDevett) Gregg and Gary Allen Castello; and great-grandson, Gideon Karl Hill Gregg and Syrus Xavier Gregg; niece, Amy (Scott) Elliott; great-niece, Skye MacRae Elliott.

Honoring Marilyn's wishes, cremation will take place with a Celebration of Life to be held at a later date. Marilyn will be laid to rest beside her parents, at Ebenezer Cemetery, at the convenience of the family. Marilyn's care has been entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.
