Marguerite Elaine Peters, 64, of St. Clairsville, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at her home. She was born on June 11, 1960, in Mentor, Ohio, loving daughter of the late Sandra E. Johnson. Marguerite graduated from The Ohio State University. She was a longtime senior executive and mentor in the financial services industry. She was a lover of animals especially her dog, Lottie. She was fiercely loyal to her family and friends. Marguerite was compassionate and selfless to everyone she encountered. Marguerite is survived by her husband of 39 years, Michael Peters; her only daughter, Marie Peters and her husband Julian Wurpel; siblings, Luke (Susan) Johnson and Walter L. Johnson; and a wonderful aunt to several nieces and nephews. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Marguerites memory to the American Heart Association.
