Margaret Sue "Polly" Butler, 84, of Marysville, Ohio formerly of Hendrysburg passed away Sunday, February 28, 2016 at her home. She was born on March 14, 1931 in Smyrna, Ohio to the late Thomas and Ester (Shuman) Garrett.

Polly loved her family, cooking, taking care of her pets especially her cat, Sugar.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Butler; 4 sisters; and a brother.

She is survived by her partner and loving friend whom she loved dearly, Gary Potts; 5 daughters, Esther Wells of Wheelersburg, Ohio, Patricia (Richard) Smith of Quaker City, Irene (Ronald) Brown of Marysville, Nancy (Tim) Perkins of Marysville, and Donna (Nathan) Brown of Wheelersburg; 8 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren, a great-great granddaughter; 5 sisters; a brother; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 from 11 AM until the time of the service at 2 PM with Rev. Tom Detling officiating at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio. Burial will follow at Hope Cemetery in Hendrysburg, Ohio.
