Margaret A. Wells, 63, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, August 6, 2019, at her home following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on August 15, 1955, in Belmont County to the late Clesson and Winnie (Nichols) Carpenter. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Leonard, Marvin, and Raymond Carpenter; a sister, Linda Carpenter. Margaret is survived by her significant other, Roger Milhoan; daughters, Tammy (Jerry) Rush, Anita (J.R.) Whiteley, Wendy (Seth) Pack; grandchildren, Cory and Cassidy Rush, Caden and Chase Whiteley, Cole, Harlie, and Madison Huebner, and Evie J. Pack; and siblings, Ernest (Cindy) Carpenter, Vivian (Jim) Thornburg, Leroy (Sara) Carpenter, Helen Anderson, Doris Haney, Rocky (Helen) Carpenter, Bonnie Stephens, and Harvey Carpenter. Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2019, from 10 AM until the time of the service at 2 PM with Pastor Van Fisher and Rev. Ted Buehl officiating at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio. Burial will follow at Crestview Cemetery in Barnesville, Ohio.
