Marcia Rose Fuchs, 67, of Quaker City passed away on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at Grant Medical Center surrounded by her family.  Marcia was born on August 16, 1950 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Frank and Rose (Jindra) Smejkal.

Marcia was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.  Marcia was extremely active in volunteering at the Pennyroyal Opera House. She also enjoyed collecting donations for the Guernsey County Animal Shelter.

Marcia is survived by her loving husband, John Fuchs; two daughters, Lori (Markevich) Fuchs of Palm Beach, FL and Lana (Jason) Schnur of Medina, OH; step-son, John Michael (Farrell) Fuchs of Arizona; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and her faithful companions, Otis and Andy.

A memorial service for Marcia will be held in the spring, when the flowers are blooming.  Arrangements entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio.
