Louis Keith Dugan, 62, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2026. He was born on January 9, 1964 in Akron, Ohio to the late James W. and Betty Jean (Moore) Dugan.

Louie graduated from Buckeye Trail High School in 1983. He worked several jobs throughout his lifetime, most recently as an oil rigger and driller. He loved all sports, playing basketball, and watching racing, especially the Daytona 500. He was an avid Cleveland Browns and Ohio State Buckeyes fan.

In addition to his parents, Louie was preceded in death by his brother, Terry Dugan, Robert Dugan, Jerry Dugan; and sister, Toni Tompson.

Louie is survived by his daughter, Clarissa Dugan and; grandchildren, Kieran Dugan, Kynglee Scott, and Kavyin Ricker; sisters, Debbie Dugan and Joyce (Carrie Hoffman) Dugan; many nieces and nephews; and long-time friend, Robert Boles.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date. Louie's care has been entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.
