Lori J. Watson, 62, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at the Cleveland Clinic surrounded by her loving family. She was born on August 13, 1961 in Barnesville, Ohio to John Logan and the late Rae Jean (Warfield) Logan. Lori was a member of the Assumption Church of Barnesville. She had served as the treasurer of the Barnesville Band Boosters for over 25 years and also ran the football concession stands. She was a huge advocate for the band program. Her family was her pride and joy, especially her grandchildren. She played a very active role in their lives and never wanted to miss any of their events or activities they were involved in. Lori was preceded in death by her mother, Rae Jean Logan and mother-in-law, Catherine Watson Lori is survived by her husband of 43 years Dave Watson; son, Josh (Amanda) Watson; daughter, Melissa (Dave) Mazgaj; grandchildren, Brooke and Parker Watson and Emma, Zack, Luke, and Joel Mazgaj; father, John (Joyce Steele) Logan; brothers, Kevin (Tina) Logan and Alan (Patti) Logan; father-in-law, John Watson; her beloved puppy dog, Oreo; a niece, several nephews, cousins, aunts, and friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 28, 2023 from 4:00pm until the time of the vigil service at 7:45pm Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, September 29, 2023 at Assumption Church of Barnesville at 10:00am with Father Dave Cornett officiating. Burial will follow at Crestview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Lori's memory to an organization of your choice.
