Linda K. Kurtz, 70, of Barnesville passed away on Monday, May 29, 2017 at her home.  Linda was born in Woodsfield, Ohio on August 25, 1946 to the late Roger Briggs and Grace (Morris) Briggs.

Linda was a member of the First Christian Church in Barnesville and was a retired Nursing Aide for Arlington Nursing Home in Newark.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Kurtz on May 10, 2014; and a brother, Buddy Briggs.

Linda is survived by her daughter, Vickie Ramsay of Barnesville; son, Tim (Nancy) Clift of Lewisville; two step-children: Shirley Ann Kurtz and Roger Kurtz both of Newark, Ohio; four brothers: Roger (Betty) Briggs of Norfolk, Virginia, Larry (Gail) Briggs of Graysville, Ohio, Bob (Candy) Briggs of Summerfield and Ronnie Briggs of Barnesville; and nine grandchildren.

According to Linda's wishes there will be no services.  Arrangements entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio.  Linda will be inurned with her husband in Somerton Cemetery.
