Larry A. Bilbay, 68, of Barnesville, Ohio formerly of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania passed away Saturday, September 26, 2020, at Barnesville Hospital. He was born on December 10, 1951, to the late Mahlon and Goldie (Philips) Bilbay. Larry was a laborer for Ten Mile Paving in Washington, Pennsylvania. He liked to go to the casino, travel, and spend time with family. In addition to his parents he is preceeded in death by brothers Mahlon Bilbay, Robert Bilbay, and an older brother. Larry is survived by his ex-wife Barbara Blibay; step-children, John Gallagher, Mary Thomas, Belinda Kennedy, and Regina Gump; son-in-law David Burgess; grandson David Burgess Jr.; brothers Terry Bilbay and Philip Bilbay; and sisters Marsha Copenhaven and Kathy Shipley. In honoring Larry's wishes, there will be no services held. Care is entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.
