Kenneth Darrell Stephens, 71, of Barnesville passed away Friday, July 18, 2014 at Wheeling Hospital.  He was born in Belmont County on December 10, 1942 to the late Fred Pearl and Garnett Irene (Stephen) Stephens.

Kenneth retired from Cravat Coal Company where he was a dozer operator.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Samuel Stephens and two sisters: Betty Finnicum and Janet Stephens.

He is survived by his loving wife, Barb Stephens; daughter, Kim (Jim) Stephens-Heskett of Barnesville; son, Dale Stephens of Jerusalem; five grandchildren: Krystal Hagemann, Sarah Withrow, Katie Stephens, Reneay Stephens and Kasi Castello; five great-grandchildren; sister, Neva Burkhart of Temperanceville; and brother, Larry (Sue) Stephens of Salesville.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 from 5-9pm at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio.  Services will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at 1pm with Pastor Rodney West officiating.  Burial will follow in Crestview Cemetery.
