Julia Virginia "Judy" Wheeler, 90, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away Saturday, April 5, 2014 at Barnesville Health Care Center. She was born on June 9, 1923 in Phillippi, WV to the late Joseph and Helen (Reed) Roque.

Judy was a Christian by Faith, member of Fairpoint Polish American Political Club, lifetime member of D.A.V. Auxillary in Bellaire, and VFW Auxillary.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband - Ralph William Wheeler (09/30/2001); son - William G. Wheeler; brothers - Joseph Roque and Louis Roque; sister - Rose McGilton; and grandson - George Wheeler.

She is survived by her 2 sons - Ralph "E.J." (Kathleen) Wheeler of St. Clairsville and Eugene (Ivana "Sis") Wheeler of Morristown; 4 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson.

Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at 1 PM with Rev. Gene Miller officiating at Union Township Cemetery in Morristown, Ohio. Arrangements entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.
