John Charles Greenwood, 59, of Flushing, Ohio passed away Monday, December 5, 2016 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. He was born on August 28, 1957 in Barnesville to Naomi (Allar) Greenwood of Gardnerville, Nevada and the late Wilbur Greenwood

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his wife, Dody L. Greenwood on June 3, 2014.

John is survived by his children, Jessica (Thomas McGuire) Greenwood of Flushing, Adam (Melody) Greenwood of Flushing, and Jennifer (Jason Stewart) Greenwood of Flushing; 8 grandchildren, Valorie, Katelyn, and Edward McGuire, Serenitie, Addison, Aeralyn, and Isabelle Greenwood, and Jackston Stewart; and brothers, Jeff (Rita) Greenwood, Jim (Juanita) Greenwood, Jerry (Gina) Greenwood, and Justin Greenwood.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 12, 2016 from 12 PM until the time of the memorial service at 2 PM with Pastor Bob Merritt officiating at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio. Burial will follow for John and his wife, Dody at Crestview Cemetery in Barnesville, Ohio.
