Jeanne Harris, 96, of Barnesville passed away on Sunday, June 5, 2022 at her home.  Jeanne was born on January 23, 1926 in Barnesville to the late Robert Neuton and Anna Mae (Morris) Gibbons.

Jeanne was a member of the Barnesville First Christian Church and a graduate of Barnesville High School.  She worked for many years at the Barnesville Library Services and the Mayfair.

In addition to her parents, Jeanne is preceded in death by her two sons, Jay Alan Harris and Monte Ray Harris; and daughter-in-law, Vicky Harris.

Jeanne is survived by her husband of 75 years, Robert N. Harris; four grandchildren: Angie (Robert) Burkhart, Steven (Amber) Harris, Amy (Nick) Mecum and Mark (Lakshmi Kerr) Harris; six great-grandchildren; two daughters-in-law: Ginny Harris and Nancy Harris; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2022 from 10am until the service at noon with Pastor Ed Eberhart officiating at the First Christian Church of Barnesville, 219 West Church St., Barnesville, Ohio.  Burial will follow in Crestview Cemetery.  Arrangements entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio.
