Jacqueline L. VanNest, 67, of Piedmont, Ohio died Monday, January 24, 2011 at The Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus. She was born July 3, 1943 in Wheeling, West Virginia to the late Clarence and Laverne (Niehouse) Prettyman.
