Jackie "Jack" Rene Lucas, 69, of Morristown, Ohio passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2022 at Valley Hospice - Liza's Place. He was born on May 11, 1953, in Wheeling, West Virginia to Mary Carolina (Jumps) Lucas and the late Lawrence Delbert Lucas. Jack was a Methodist by faith and a truck driver by trade. In addition to his father, Jack was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Lucas; and a son, Dennis Lucas. Jack is survived by his wife of 18 years, Bonnie Lou Triplett whom he married on May 24, 2004; three children, Angel Kulpa, Tanya (David Swabey) Lucas. and Kaylynn (Marvin) Fuentes; grandchildren, Shane Mars, Alex Abel, Liam Kulpa, Brysen Swabey, Bronson Swabey, Daxon Fuentes, and Abriauna Lucas; two great-grandchildren; and siblings, Theresa Starr, Rusty Lucas, and Misty (Jerry) Long. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with burial to follow at Ebenezer Cemetery in Bethesda, Ohio. Jack's care is entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N.
