Jack H. Howell, 72, of Barnesville, Ohio died Friday, August 13, 2010 at Harrison Community Hospital in Cadiz, Ohio. He was born on June 28, 1938 in Somerton to James H. and Emma Jane (Conway) Howell. He was a graduate of The Ohio State University and the owner of the former J. Howell Machine, Inc. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, a former member of the Barnesville Rotary Club, President of the PTO, a member of the BPOE 1699, OSU Alumni Association, and a member of the AOPA.
