Helen Marie Steed, 86, of Jerusalem, Ohio passed away Thursday, August 14, 2014 at Emerald Pointe Nursing & Rehab. She was born on April 25, 1928 in Belmont County to the late Carlos and Hilda (Wharton) Steed.

Marie was a member of the Somerton Church of Christ, Grange, and the Coin Club. She was retired after 45 years from the Barnesville Livestock

She is survived by her cousins - Marvin (Michele) Steed of Somerton, Dennis (Tammy) Steed of Barnesville, and Debbie (Tim) Sellers of Barnesville.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 15, 2014 from 6-8 PM at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville where services will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at 11 AM with Ev. Kim McFarland. Burial will follow at Somerton Southern Cemetery in Somerton, Ohio.
