Heather Jolene Smith Brocklehurst, 42, of Morristown, Ohio passed away Thursday, October 5, 2017 at her home.  Heather was born in Cambridge, Ohio, the daughter of Terry and Kay (Guiler) Smith, on May 16, 1975.

Heather was a mother, homemaker and a 1993 graduate of Union Local High School.

She was preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Myrle Guiler and paternal grandmother, Marie Smith.

In addition to her parents of Bethesda, Ohio, Heather is survived by her children, Alex and Katie Brocklehurst of St. Clairsville, Ohio; brother, Heath (Amy) Smith of Belmont; nephew, Lincoln Smith; maternal grandfather, Myron D. Guiler of Summerfield, Ohio; paternal grandfather, Don Smith of Caldwell, Ohio; special friend, Ron Morgan St. Clairsville, Ohio; and her faithful pet and best friend, Bella Rose.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at 3pm with Pastor Jerry Wenger officiating at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio.  Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
