Harold Lyle Palmer, Sr., 93, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Friday, January 26, 2024, at Astoria Place of Barnesville. The eldest of three children, he was born on January 5, 1931 to the late Sherman C. Henries and Wilma M. Palmer. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Gladys P. (Kemp) Palmer on June 8, 2008. Harold is survived by his son, Harold L. (Susan J.) Palmer, Jr. of Martinsburg, Pennsylvania; granddaughter, Krista Starr of Dublin, Ohio; and great-granddaughter, Alexis Miller. In honoring Harold's wishes, cremation will take place with inurnment being held at a later date beside his wife at Ebenezer Cemetery in Bethesda, Ohio. Harold's care is entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.
