Harold William "Billy" Ellis, Jr., 61, formerly of Barnesville, Ohio died Sunday August 26, 2012 at Northview Senior Living Center in Johnstown, Ohio.  He was born on March 16, 1951 in Barnesville, Ohio to the late Harold and Edith (Payton) Ellis, Sr.

Billy was a member of the A.M.E. church in Barnesville.

He is survived by two sisters: Genevieve (Donald) Stewart of Flushing, Ohio and Virginia (Charles) Wheeler of Barnesville, Ohio, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral arrangements are at the convenience of the family at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio. Burial will follow at Southern Cemetery in Barnesville.
