Gerald F. "Jerry" Mayberry, 71, of Barnesville died Thursday, February 7, 2013.  He was born in Barnesville on May 5, 1941 to the late George and Clara (Burkhart) Mayberry.

He was a Catholic by faith.  Jerry was a carpenter by trade and built many houses in the area.

He is survived by 2 daughters: Deana Brownfield of Barnesville and Vickie Mayberry of Barnesville; son, Gerald Mayberry of Nashville, TN; granddaughter, Rachel Brownfield of Barnesville; 4 sisters: Shirley (Merle) Behr, Carol Blankenship, Pam (Doug) Gallaher, Debbie (Tim) Porter; 2 brothers: Donnie (Linda) Mayberry and Joe Mayberry; several nieces and nephews; and former wife of 33 years with whom he remained close friends with, Vivian Mayberry.

Visitation will be Sunday, February 10, 2013 from 5-8pm at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio.  Services will be Monday, February 11, 2013 at 11am with Rev. Charles Clark officiating.  Burial will follow in the Catholic Cemetery.
