George Donald "Donnie" Fogle, 81, of Barnesville, Ohio died Sunday, August 14, 2011 in Marietta, Ohio. He was born May 2, 1930 in Temperanceville, Ohio to the late Fred and Mary Magdeline "Lena" (Butler) Fogle. He was retired from the Operating Engineers, was an Army Veteran of the Korean War and was a member of VFW Post 2792 of Barnesville. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife - Geraldine E. (Hannahs) Fogle (October 30, 1999) and 7 brothers and sisters - Ronald Fogle, Evelyn Yovich, Jean Denston, Rita Cranston, William Norbert Fogle, Robert "Bobby" Fogle and James Fogle. Surviving are 1 sister - Mary Jane Conner of North Carolina and several nieces and nephews. Memorial contributions may be made to Valley Hospice. Visitation Saturday, August 27, 2011 from 2 PM until time of service at 4 PM at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.
