Emma Jane Stephens, 84, of Barnesville passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2019 in Barnesville.  Emma was born on October 20, 1934 in Colerain, Ohio to the late Robert H. and Laura E. (Sudduth) Beck.

Emma was a member of the Cornerstone Assembly of God.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl R. Stephens; four grandchildren; and five siblings.

Emma is survived by her six children: Sara Hatcher of Somerton, Rita (Luis) Moreno of Douglas, Arizona, Wayne (Connie) Stephens of Barnesville, Tina Stephens of Barnesville, Charles (Leslie) Stephens of Barnesville and Leslie (Nancy) Stephens of Barnesville; 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 16, 2019 from 2-4 and 6-8pm at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio.  The service will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at 11am with Pastor Robert Kester officiating.  Burial will follow in Crestview Cemetery in Barnesville, Ohio.
