Edward A. Milligan, 57, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Friday, December 14, 2018 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. He was born on June 4, 1961 in Barnesville, Ohio to Edna Mae (Yockey) Milligan of Barnesville and the late Lawrence C. Milligan. Ed was a graduate of Union Local High School. He worked for Hissom's Service Center for many years and was most recently a driver for Southeast, Inc. He was a protestant by faith and used to attend the First United Methodist Church in Barnesville. In addition to his mother, he is survived by a daughter, Mandy (Adam) Richards of St. Clairsville; granddaughter, Erika Richards of St. Clairsville; sister, Betty Gabel of Barnesville; a brother, Thomas C. (Ingrid) Milligan of Barnesville; nephews, Harold Gabel and Dan (Penny) Gabel; and niece, Nadja Wilson; and several great nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Monday, December 17, 2018 from 4-8 PM at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio. The service will be held on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 1 PM with Pastor Rodney West officiating. Burial will follow at Crestview Cemetery in Barnesville, Ohio.
