Edna Mae Milligan, 99, of Barnesville died on Monday, December 21, 2020 at Astoria Place in Barnesville.  Edna was born on June 16, 1921 in Guernsey County, Ohio to the late Thomas Jefferson and Anna Marie (Wagner) Yockey. Edna was a member of the Belmont United Methodist Church.  She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star Chapter 206.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence C. Milligan on December 16, 1983; a son, Edward A. Milligan; and two brothers: Ira and George Yockey.

Edna is survived by her daughter, Betty Gabel; son, Thomas C. (Ingrid) Milligan; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

In accordance to the COVID-19 guidelines, face masks and social distancing will be required for a visitation on Monday, December 28, 2020 from noon until the time of the service at 1pm with Pastor Rodney West officiating.  Burial will follow in Crestview Cemetery.  Arrangements are entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio.  Burial will follow in Crestview Cemetery
