Edna Frances Jefferis, 82, of Barnesville passed away Friday, July 25, 2014 at Emerald Pointe Nursing and Rehab Center.  She was born January 23, 1932 in Barnesville to the late Alvia G. and Lillian B. (Powell) Lucas.

Edna was a member of the Jehovahs' Witness congregation.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Francis A. Jefferis; infant son, Timothy; and two sisters: Gladys Mihoan and Norma Fisher.

She is survived by her daughter, Diane (Rick Polanski) Jefferis of Barnesville; brother, Charles (Joanne) Lucas; and a plethora of "furry grandkids".

Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27, 2014 from 4-8pm at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio.  The service will be held on Monday, July 28, 2014 at 11am with Pastor Ted Buehl officiating.  Burial will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery.
