Dorothy J Johnson, 93, of Barnesville, Ohio died Wednesday 09/26/2012 at Barnesville Hospital.  She was born 08/17/1919 in Belmont County.

In adddition to her parents - Joseph G. and Ora L. (Carpenter) Johnson, she was preceded in death by a brother - Douglas Johnson and 2 sisters - Virginia and Margaret A. Johnson.  Surviving is her loving sister - Wanda Ruth Johnson of Barnesville.

She was a member of the Main Street United Methodist Church, where she sang in the choir and was a member of United Methodist Women.  She was a member of the Grange and Professional Womens Club.  She retired in 1984 after working for over 40 years as a secretary for Atty William Chaney.

Friends will be received Monday (10/01/2012) from 10 AM until time of the service at Noon at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut Street, Barnesvile, OH with Pastor Richard Cox officiating.  Burial follows in Nothern Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Main Street United Methodist Church, W. Main Street, Barnesvile.
