David L. Wehr, 71, of Beallsville, Ohio passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. He was born on September 4, 1942 in Calais, Ohio to the late Charles Eberts and Lucille (Stephens) Wehr.

David was an Army Veteran and a retired foreman for Ormet. He was a member of Woodsfield Moose #2247, VFW #5503, & Eagles #2302, American Legion #0087, and Sikeston #310 AF&AM.

He is survived by his wife - Joyce (Wyscarver) Wehr; 2 sons - David Jason Wehr of Hilliard and Corey Stephen (Amanda) Wehr of Warfordsburg, PA; brothers - Charles Byron Wehr of Hilliard and Bruce (Nancy) Wehr of Batesville; twin brother - Donald Gary Wehr of Woodsfield; 3 granddaughters; and 4 grandsons.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 4, 2014 from 5-8 PM at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio where services will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at 11 AM with Rev. Jean Cooper officiating. Burial will follow at Calais Cemetery in Calais, Ohio.   VFW Belmont County Honor Guard will conduct military services at the funeral home at 10:45am.
