Craig Richard Herwick, 69, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away Thursday, February 16, 2017 at the Barnesville Hospital Emergency Room. He was born on March 4, 1947 in Akron, Ohio to the late Russell and Bema (Good) Herwick.

Craig was a former elementary school teacher and coach for Noble Local Schools and a salesman for Kimball-Midwest in Columbus. He was a member of the East Main Church of Christ. He enjoyed gardening, boating and watching the Pittsburgh Steelers, Duke, and Cavaliers.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter, Tiffany Ann Herwick; brother, Michael Charles (Patti and her parents, Ned & Ruth Mohrmann); father-in-law, Ralph Shepherd; step-father-in-law, Glen Harris; sisters-in-law, Barbara Hartley and Evelyn Jane Shepherd.

Craig is survived by his wife, Nancy Y. (Shepherd) Herwick whom he married on May 2,1969; mother-in-law, Mary Shepherd Harris of Barnesville; brothers and sisters-in-law, Donald Hartley of Quaker City, Brent (Sue) Fisher and Dave (Lynn) Barr all of Barnesville, and Greg Shepherd of Old Washington; nieces & nephews, James Michael Herwick, Amy (Mark) Eltringham, Gwen (Wes) Crum, Michael (Whitney) Fisher, Justin Shepherd, and Matthew Hissom; and several great-nieces & nephews.

A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2017 from 11 AM until the time of the service at 1 PM at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.
