Corinne A. Betts, 90, of Barnesville died Saturday, March 8, 2014 at Emerald Pointe Nursing and Rehab.  She was born in Barnesville, Ohio on February 5, 1924 to the late Alfred and Blanche Peters.

Corinne was a member of the Barnesville First United Methodist Church.  She owned race horses and enjoyed watching harness racing.  Corinne was also an avid golfer.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Cynthia Austin; son, Barry Betts; 2 brothers: Bill Peters and Bob Peters; and sister, Kay Smith.

She is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Richard "Gibby" Betts; daughter-in-law, Kim Betts of Washington, PA; and 3 grandsons: Timothy, Andrew and Scott Betts of Washington, PA.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 from 6-8 PM at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio.  The service will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at 11 AM with Pastor Ted Buehl officiating.  Burial will follow in Friends Cemetery in Quaker City, Ohio.
