Cindy Lou Toohey, 75, of Brooksville, Florida formerly of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at Oak Hill Rehabilitation in Brooksville, Florida. She was born on February 25, 1947, in Wheeling, West Virginia to the late Frederick William and Thelma Ellen (Sacco) Borck. Cindy was a drug and alcohol counselor for Crossroads Counseling Services. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Geraldine Borck and a brother, Harry Edward "Butch" Borck. Cindy is survived by her daughters, Christine Braido of Cambridge and Leslie White of Port Orange, Florida; two grandsons, Casey and Kyle; two granddaughters, Kelsey and Lauren; two sisters, Barbara Carpenter of Barnesville and Myrtle Bealilis of St. Clairsville; and her beloved dog, Willie. In honoring Cindy's wishes there will be no services held. Cindy's care is entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.
