Charles G. Moore, 79, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at his home. He was born on May 22, 1946 in Belmont, Ohio to the late Leslie K. and Grace E. (Lashley) Moore.

Charlie was a self employed lumberman and farmer, and a very avid deer hunter, he lived to hunt. He enjoyed building things or doing anything that involved working with his hands, he was always willing to share a story or lend a helping hand.

In addition to his parents, Charlie was preceded in death by his sisters, Carol Kiger, Ada Speicher, and Sylvia L. Hayes; and brothers, Roger Moore, Bill Moore, and Larry Moore.Charlie is survived by his brother, Michael Moore; sisters, Betty (Allen) Babe and Debbie (Robbie) Balvin; and his life partner, Beth Burkhead; his faithful dog, Mojie; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19, 2025 from 10:00am until the time of the service at 12:00pm with Rev. Tom Detling officiating at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio. Burial will follow at Rock Hill Cemetery, Flushing, Ohio.
