Carol Beverly Stottler, 73, of Barnesville died Sunday, January 12, 2014 at her home.  She was born in Belmont, Ohio on May 20, 1940 to the late Harold Francis and Josephine (Gatten) Steen.

Carol was a longtime friend and patron of Annie K's restaurant.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Nelson Stottler; and maternal grandparents who raised her, Ralph and Myrtle Gatten.

She is survived by her son, Dwayne (Debbie) Stottler of Barnesville; daughter, Lora (Danny) Wildes of Barnesville; grandchildren: Dustin (Katie Clark) Stottler, Annika Wildes, Addy Wildes and Brady Wildes; 2 brothers: Gary (Phyllis) Steen of Barnesville and Harold Junior (Steen) Stevens of Arizona; and a sister, Audrey Parsons of Cambridge.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 16, 2014 at 11am at Crestview Cemetery in Barnesville.  Arrangements by Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Somerton Volunteer Fire Department and E-Squad.
