Carla D. Ward, 65, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Monday, December 5, 2022 at Forest Hill Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. She was born on October, 13, 1957 in Cambridge to Geneva Pearl (Eddy) Carpenter of Spencer, Indiana and the late Donald Carpenter.

She loved to watch her birds and was a die-hard Cleveland Browns fan. She was a member of the Barnesville Eagles.

In addition to her father, Carla was preceded in death by her sister Cheryl Burns; and. a brother, Steven Carpenter.

Carla is survived by her husband, Stephen G Ward; and brother, Scott (Beth) Carpenter of Spencer, Indiana.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 8, 2022 at 10am with Rev. Tom Detling officiating at Crestview Cemetery in Barnesville, Ohio. Carla's care has been entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.
