Brian Vance Jefferis, 65, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at his home. He was born on February 14, 1955, in Barnesville, Ohio to the late Maurice David & Ruth C. (Rinehart) Jefferis.

Brian was a 1973 graduate of Barnesville High School and after attended Eastern Montana College in Billings, Montana with a degree as an Automotive Technician. He was a retired heavy equipment operator for R&F Coal Company.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Paul Bruce Jefferis.

Brian is survived by his wife Cindy (Murphy) Jefferis; three children, Jill Jack of Powhatan Point, Jason P. (Kathy) Jefferis of Cambridge, and Justin V. (Carleigh) Jefferis of St. Clairsville; five grandchildren, Jett Jefferis, Lily Jefferis, Claire Jefferis, Ella Turkoly, and Zane Jefferis. In accordance with COVID-19 guidelines, face masks and social distancing will be required at a memorial visitation on Saturday, January 30, 2021 from 9:30am until the time of the funeral mass at 11:00am with Fr. Dave Cornett officiating at St. Mary Catholic Church, 55699 Marietta Street, Temperanceville, Ohio 43713. Burial will follow at Assumption Catholic Cemetery. Brian's care is entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio 43713.
