Betty J. Parker, 79, of Belmont died Monday, January 28, 2013 at Barnesville Hospital.  She was born on 7/26/1933 in Belmont, Ohio to the late Amos and Martha (Wilhelm) Orrison.

Betty was a member of the East Main Street Church of Christ.  In addition to being a homemaker, she worked for many years as an office manager for Smith Lumber in Barnesville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceeded in death by her brother-in-law, James Parker.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Wayne D. Parker; daughter, Sharon (Ray) LaMarca of North Olmstead, Oh; 3 grandchildren: Michele Monahan of Cincinnati, Janette (Jack) Wuestefeld of Cincinnati and Ray (Tracie) LaMarca of Cincinnati; brother, James (Shelia) Orrison of Harold, KY; 8 great-grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; 2 brothers-in-law: Jerry (Sharon) Parker of Florida and Larry (Alexa) Parker of Belmont; and sister-in-law, Jean Parker of Columbus.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday 1/30/2013 from 4-8pm at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio.  The service will be on Thursday 1/31/2013 at 11am with Ev. Val Roxby officiating.  Burial will follow in Belmont Cemetery.
