Bernard P. Lyons, 93, of Barnesville died Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at the Walton Home.  Bernard was born on December 9, 1921 in Barnesville, Ohio to the late Charles W. and Ida (George) Lyons.

Bernard was a Protestant by faith.  He was 1939 graduate of Barnesville High School and enjoyed working his dairy farm.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty (Gibson) Lyons; two sisters: Bernice Todd and Beryl Lyons; and a daughter-in-law, Marlene Lyons.

Bernard is survived by his son, Jerry Lyons of Bethesda; grandson, Chuck (Tonya) Lyons of Bethesda; granddaughter, Julie (Ty) Carpenter of Newark; five great-grandchildren: Rachel Carpenter, Zack Lyons, Zane Lyons, Lynzi Burkhart and Stephen Burkhart; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at the convenience family.  Arrangements by Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio.
