Barbara E. Lucas, 78, of Barnesville died Friday, May 17, 2013 at Emerald Pointe Nursing and Rehab Center surrounded by her family. She was born on April 14, 1935 in Barnesville to the late Lewis and Samantha (White) Clouse.
Barbara worked for Belmont Manufacuring as a seamstress. She was a member of the Barnesville First Presbyterian Church, the Barnesville Band Boosters and a past member of the Women of the Moose.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William E. Lucas; son, William Kim Lucas; and 2 half-sisters: Dorothy Fisher and Wilma Connor.
She is survived by 3 daughters: Ellen (Ron) Robb of Barnesville, Lynette Lucas of Barnesville and Charity (Daniel) Foreman of Barnesville; 3 grandchildren: Monte (Beth) Robb of Bethesda, Ronna (Jeff) Kiser of Barnesville and Brad (Krista) Robb of Barnesville; 7 great-grandchildren: Lucas and Emilee Robb, Sydney Leach, Mallory and Lynzey Kiser, and Colevin and Jenessa Robb; daughter in law, Dory Lucas of Bridgeport; 2 brothers: Clarence (Shirley) Clouse of Barnesville and Louis (Dorothy) Clouse of Massilon; sister-in-law Sharon (Harry) Morris and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 19, 2013 from 3-8pm at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio and Monday, May 20, 2013 from 10am until the time of service at 11am at the First Presbyterian Church in Barnesville with Rev. Mike Mistic officiating. Burial will follow in Crestview Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Emerald Pointe Nursing and Rehab, Barnesville First Presbyterian Church or Hospice of Guernsey County.
