Arthur D. Milhoan, 86, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at the Barnesville Hospital Emergency Room. He was born on March 20, 1930 in Boston, Ohio to the late Sanford and Bertha (Harris) Milhoan.

Arthur was a 48 year member of the Barnesville Volunteer Fire Department, Fraternal Order of the Eagles 4252 where he served as Past President, VFW Post 2792, and Bethesda Christian Church. He worked for Karl Kuemmerling Tree Service and later retired from Belmont County Engineers Department.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife of 40 years, Pauline (Swallie) Milhoan; brother, Earl Milhoan; and daughter-in-law, Tina Milhoan.

Arthur is survived by wife of 19 years, Pamela (Rucker) Milhoan; twin brother, Allison Milhoan of Bethesda; children, Roger (Margaret) Milhoan of Barnesville, Charles Milhoan of North Carolina, Darla (Ray) Hopton of Barnesville, and Donna (David) Hunter of Barnesville; grandchildren, Aaron (Kim) Milhoan, Justin (Nikki) Milhoan, Tabitha (Chon) Milhoan, Jermie (Lisa) Milhoan, Sherry (Scott) Angelo, Holly (Brandon) Koch, Randy (Breanna) Hunter, Hailey (Casey) Hopton, and Skyler Hopton; step-children, Christina (David) Lusk, Wendy Keiser, and Jason Keiser; 14 great-grandchildren; 7 step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces.

According to Arthur's wishes, there will be no services held. Arrangements entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio 43713.
