Annette Maxine Bilyeu, 65, of McConnelsville, formerly of Malaga, Ohio passed away on Friday, October 20, 2023 at her home. She was born on February 17, 1958 in Barnesville to the late Carl and Virginia (Matthews) Groves.

Ann was a 1976 graduate of Beallsville High School. Later she attended Belmont Technical College to become a LPN. She worked for Barnesville Hospital for a little over 34 years where she retired. Following retirement she enjoyed going on bike rides with Gary, spending time on the pontoon boat on the Muskingum River, traveling through rolling hills of Amish country to find her favorite peanut butter pie, and scrapbooking photos of her loving grandchildren. She also enjoyed attending the grandchildren's sporting events. She loved spending time with her grandkids, they were truly the loves of her life.

Ann is survived by her husband, Gary Bilyeu, whom she married on October 29, 1977; two sons, Joshua (Megan) Bilyeu, and Bruce (Mindy) Bilyeu; daughter, Emily (Craig) Flynn; grandchildren, Karly, Libby, Luke, Rowan, Chloe, Kyla, and Caden; two brothers, Paul (Nancy) Groves and Gary (Donna) Groves; sister, Janet (Don) Crissinger; and several nieces and nephews.

Honoring Ann's wishes, no services will be held. Ann's care has been entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.
