Anne Davis, 103, of Belmont passed away Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Emerald Pointe. She was born in Fairpoint, Ohio on October 23, 1917 to the late Charles and Agnes Dziegeil Malek Evola. Anne was a member of the Belmont Church of Christ and the American Legion auxilliary #312. She was a surviver of the 1918 pandemic, WWI, the great depression, was a WWII bride, and overcame Covid 19. She was an avid voter, never missing an election. Anne was simply a widowed, hardworking, dedicated, mother and that shows within the values instilled in her children. In addition to her parents, Anne was preceded in death by her husband Francis Paul Davis on December 16, 1961; sisters Mary Vilinski, Rose Sulek, Nell Kruger, and infant sister Helen Malek; brother Joseph Malek. Anne is survived by her children, Kenneth (Pamela) Davis of Belmont and Donna (Kim) McFarland of Barnesville; grandchildren, Jason (fiance Julie) McFarland and Josh (Melissa) McFarland; great-grandchildren Ava and Brody McFarland and Mya and Jolie McFarland; and several nieces and nephews. Honoring Anne's wishes, private services will be held at the convienience of the family with her son-in-law Ev. Kim McFarland conducting the services. Burial will follow in Belmont Cemetery. Her care has been entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home 319 N. Chestnut Street Barnesville, Ohio. The family would like to express their gratitude to those who provided Anne with excellent care at Emerald Pointe. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Belmont Church of Christ and Hospice of Guernsey.
