Anna Rosemary Wharton, 89, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away Sunday, December 18, 2016 at Astoria Place of Barnesville. She was born on June 27, 1927 in Wayne Township, Belmont County, Ohio to the late William Ross and Elvera Leota (Thomas) Wharton.

Rosemary was a member of Pleasant Ridge Methodist Church and a graduate of Somerton High School.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Marjorie Whipple, Willis T. Wharton, William Glen Wharton, and Linda Goldman.

Rosemary is survived by her nieces & nephews, Ron (Sherrie) Wharton, Richard (Phyllis) Wharton, Stephen Wharton, Robert Whipple, Cheryl (Chris) Gorges, Phyllis ( Keith Bunch) Goldman, and Kenneth (Danielle) Goldman; brother-in-law, Lou Goldman; and several great nieces & nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 from 11 AM until the time of the service at 1 PM with Pastor Richard Cox officiating at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio. Burial will follow at Crestview Cemetery in Barnesville, Ohio.
