Alberta Sue Bunfill, 69, of Hendrysburg passed away on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.  Alberta was born in Piedmont, Ohio on July 13, 1948.

Alberta is retired from the Barnesville Health Care Center where she worked for 30 years.

Alberta is preceded in death by her mother, Mildred (Gray) Hennis; great-grandson, Leland Willis Bunfill; brother, Leroy Shepherd; and nephew, Danny Shepherd.

Alberta is survived by her husband, Mancil Douglas Bunfill; children: Donald (Donna) Bunfill, Sherrie (Ronald) Temple, Vickie (Keith) Anderson and Scott (Kendra) Bunfill all of Hendrysburg; 12 grandchildren: Jeremie Temple, Stephanie Anderson, Brandidawn (Dustin) Gallaher, Donald Bunfill III, Kortney Temple, Kayla Bunfill, Caide Bunfill, Kalynn Bunfill, Brandon Bunfill, Bailey Bunfill, Donielle Bunfill and Megan Bunfill; two great-grandchildren: Michael Robert Gallaher and Alexander Bunfill; brother, Richard (Pauline) Shepherd; sister-in-law, Jeanette Shepherd; and dear friend, Jeanne Guy.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 18, 2017 from 4-8pm at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio.  The service will be held on Tueday, September 19, 2017 at 11am at Sewellsville Methodist Church with Rev. Tom Detling and Pastor Bob Merritt officiating.  Burial will follow in Sewellsville Cemetery.
