Jeffrey Scott Briddell

Jeffrey Scott Briddell, 61, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, December 25, 2018 at OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. He was born on March 7, 1957 in Kettering, Ohio to the late Ronald Ted and Joyce (Moore) Briddell.

He was a 1975 graduate of Fairmont East in Kettering. In his earlier years he worked repairing motorcycles with his brother, Steve and then worked for Fitzpatrick Roofing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Steve Briddell.

Jeff is survived by his wife of 19 years, Janet (Hall) Briddell; three children, Bryana (Joe) Vavra of St. Clairsville, Andrew Briddell of Barnesville, and Abigail Briddell of Barnesville; grandchildren, Kolson Shane, Deacon and Maverick Vavra; brother, Eric (Mindy) Briddell of Middletown, Ohio; special sister-in-law, Linda (Roger) Eddy; two nieces and one nephew, Brandi, Megan, and Trenton; and several cousins.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2018 from 3-8 PM at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio where the service will be held on Sunday, December 30, 2018 at 1 PM with Pastor Richard Cox officiating. Inurnment will take place at a later date at Crestview Cemetery in Barnesville, Ohio.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jeff's memory to a charity of the donors choice.
