Vivian Jeanette (Hagan) Stewart

Vivian Jeanette Stewart, 88, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away Monday, November 16, 2015 at her daughter's home in Westfield, New Jersey. She was born on November 25, 1926 in Somerton, Ohio to the late Paul and Audrey (Fisher) Hagan.

Vivian worked at Walter Thomas as a sales clerk for 30 years as well as McGee's and Burkhart's Florist. She was a Deaconess, trustee, and Elder at the First Presbyterian Church, Past Worthy Maitron of Eastern Star, Meals on Wheels volunteer, Past Mothers Club President, and Garden Club Member.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Emery C. Stewart, Jr on August 13, 2000; brother, Paul Hagan; and sisters, Mary Jean Ebeling and Shirley Ann Hagan Kemp.

Vivian is survived by her five children: Emery Stewart, III of Barnesville, Rev. Christopher P. Stewart of Shreve, Ohio, Susan (Jay) Mayberry of Barnesville, Sally (Michael) Fusek of Shreve, Ohio and Sherrie (Sheldon) Heber of Westfield, NJ; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and sister, Nancy Lee Hagan Young of Stephen City, Virginia.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 20, 2015 from 4-8pm at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio with an Eastern Star service being conducted at 7:30 PM. The service will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 2:00pm with Rev. Sam Monte and Pastor Andy Woods officiating.  Burial will follow in Crestview Cemetery.
