Mary Eileen (Marshall) Fonner

Mary Eileen Fonner, 93, of Barnesville, formerly of Ft. McCoy, FL, died Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at Astoria Place of Barnesville.  Mary was born on November 22, 1922 in Dallas, WV to the late Elisha Alonza and Edith Jane (Majors) Marshall.

Mary was a Methodist by faith.  She was retired from Barnesville Hospital where she worked as a LPN.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas E. Fonner; three sisters and four brothers.

Mary is survived by her son, Roger David Fonner of Ft. McCoy, FL; daughter, Tammy (Ron) Cunningham of Quaker City; three grandchildren: Jessica Fraley, Chris Cunningham and Beth (Dallas) Boylen; and five great-grandchildren: Alex, Owen, Makenna, Brenley and Mia.

Visitation for Mrs. Fonner will be held on Monday, October 24, 2016 from 11 AM until the time of the service at noon in the Good Shepherd Mausoleum Chapel, 5050 SW 20th Street, Ocala, Florida 34474.

Arrangements in Florida are handled by Roberts Funeral Homes - Downtown Chapel, 606 SW 2nd Avenue, Ocala, Florida and local arrangements are entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio.
